Case study 9: Design and analysis of experments on pollen grain germination and viability rates of the leguminous <i>Sesbania Sesban</i> (L.) Merr tree species

Objectives

The study has two objectives:

To determine the concentration of sucrose medium that yields optimal pollen grain germination from flower buds of S. sesban.
To determine whether pollen grain viability and germination are highly correlated at this optimal sucrose concentration.
